Delete My Data
You have two ways to erase everything LensPlate knows about you. The in-app path is instant; email works even if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete your account in two taps
- 1. Open the Account tab and scroll to the bottom
- 2. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Send a deletion request
Email us from — or mention — the address on your LensPlate account, with "Data Deletion Request" as the subject.

01What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your profile and plan: goal, body data and daily targets.
- Your food diary, weight log, saved meals and your own foods.
- The list of packaged products you have opened.
- Meal photos taken with version 1.0 of the app.
Encrypted database backups are kept for up to 30 days, so your data disappears from them within that time. Want a copy first? Use Account → Export my diary before deleting.
02Subscriptions from version 1.0
LensPlate is free now, but subscriptions bought in version 1.0 are billed by Apple and are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel first in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → LensPlate, then delete your account.
03Deletion is irreversible
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. If you come back to LensPlate later, you'll start fresh with a new account.
