You have two ways to erase everything LensPlate knows about you. The in-app path is instant; email works even if you no longer have the app installed.

- 1. Open Profile → Account
- 2. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Send a deletion request
Email us from — or mention — the address on your LensPlate account, with "Data Deletion Request" as the subject.

01What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your profile: goals, biometrics, and plan settings.
- Your entire meal history, scans, and saved favorites.
- Your meal photos, including thumbnails, from storage.
02Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple manages billing, not us. Cancel first in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → LensPlate, then delete your account.
03Deletion is irreversible
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. If you come back to LensPlate later, you'll start fresh with a new account.
